Love is all around - I hope you're feeling it.
I don't know about you, but after the mad old times we've had, with Brexit votes and Trumpgate to name just two, the world feels a little uneasy to me. Mental health is more present in the media, and rightly so - we should be talking about it, and helping those who are suffering. Social media has a big part to play in all this craziness so writing a blog feels wrong some how - social media is a cause of unease, but can also spread the messages we need to hear so I'll take the latter on this occasion . And, Valentine's Day is a subject of much debate as an over-commercialised non-event, especially if you aren't with anyone right now! But to love and be loved is a human trait, and one I gladly partake in. If I can spread a little love in these crazy times, that's good enough for me. So, I'm hugging my dear ones close and offering you an ear, if you need to chat. And cake...there's always cake!
